- It's more than just free meals! Apply for educational benefits for the 2024-25 school year
  (07/26/2024) All Anoka-Hennepin families are encouraged to apply for the educational benefits program for the 2024-25 school year. A new application must be submitted each school year. The enrollment window for the 2024-25 school year begins Aug. 1, 2024.

  (04/03/24) Denise Schnabel, principal at Evergreen Park Elementary STEM School of Innovation, has been recognized as a 2023-24 Above & Beyond Awards recipient.
- Parent Education Series: District to host three Parent Engage 360 events in 2023-24
  (11/09/2023) Join parents and guardians from the Anoka-Hennepin Schools community for information and resources to support the needs of students today. Anoka-Hennepin is hosting three Parent Engage 360 community and parent education events during the 2023-24 school year. These events aim to provide resources for parents and guardians to support their students and others in the community.

- Life-saving AED update headed to schools
  (03/07/2025) When a person suffers Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA), response time to provide care is critical to survival and recovery. Anoka-Hennepin Schools are equipped with Automated External Defibrillators - or AED’s - that provide a level of preparedness to respond to emergencies and save lives.
- School canceled for Wednesday, March 5, 2025
  (03/05/2025) Due to heavy snow, high winds and ice impacting travel during the early morning hours, Anoka-Hennepin Schools will be closed today, Wednesday, March 5, 2025.
- District to host hiring event for operational and student support positions March 27 at Anoka High School
  (02/26/2025) The Anoka-Hennepin School District will host an in-person hiring event for operational and student support positions Thursday, March 27 from 3:30-5:30 p.m. at Anoka High School. The hiring event will take place in the atrium located near the main entrance of the school.
- Students earning top gains in the district honored at Academic Growth Award recognition event
  (02/20/2025) Students with the highest academic growth at Andover, Anoka and Champlin Park-area elementary and middle schools were recognized Feb. 6.

Our STEM innovation program works to empower students to create and design new ideas using our innovation design process. The STEM units and design process require students to think critically. Evergreen STEM innovation units are integrated into multiple content areas throughout the Anoka Hennepin core curriculum.
